Connection Circles are voluntary, structured conversations for youth ages 14-24, and the adults who work with them.

The Circles focus on communication and conflict resolution skills, with the goal of improving the quality of relationships that youth experience with each other, staff, and others in their lives.

Circles are run by neutral facilitators who do not judge or correct participants as they explore topics such as empathy, respect, tolerance, forgiveness, listening, and feelings and needs.

This training will prepare you to conduct your own Connection Circles in a variety of settings, including classrooms, after-school and drop-in programs, and youth shelters and residential programs.
